Our Purchase Agreement must be read in its entirety, fully understood, completed, signed, and emailed back to us before your puppy is permitted to leave our care.
Our Purchase Agreement is in place to protect the best interests of our puppies, establish clear expectations for their continued care and well-being, and ensure that every family fully understands their responsibilities before bringing a Zealous Blue Shar-Pei home.
The Purchase Agreement is available upon request prior to sending a deposit and will also be provided at the time of puppy reservation. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to every family without exception. No puppy will be released for pickup, delivery, or transport until we have received the completed Purchase Agreement.
Important: Participation in our Genetic Health Guarantee is optional; however, completion of the Purchase Agreement is mandatory for all puppy buyers. By moving forward with the purchase of a Zealous Blue Shar-Pei, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this requirement.
