At Zealous Blue Shar Pei, we like to keep things simple, clear, and drama-free.
All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable. Period.
Deposits, reservation fees, puppy payments, and any other payments made to Zealous Blue Shar Pei are non-refundable under any circumstances. A change of mind, change of plans, lack of financial responsibility, change in lifestyle, or simply deciding that puppy ownership is not for you does not change this policy.
If you choose to return or surrender your puppy or dog, our door is always open to our dogs as long as it doesn’t jeopardize the safety of our family. However, returning your dog does not rewind the transaction.
The puppy can come back. The payment cannot.
There are no refunds, reimbursements, credits, or exchanges for returned or surrendered dogs. Returning a dog also does not put you in line for a new puppy.
The only exception to a replacement puppy is an approved claim that specifically qualifies for a replacement puppy under the terms of our written Health Guarantee. A replacement puppy is exactly that, a replacement, not a refund, credit, or cash payout.
We ask every family to make sure they are fully prepared for the responsibility of owning a puppy before placing a deposit. Puppies are living, breathing commitments…not purchases to be returned when circumstances change or things do not go exactly as planned.
So, before you send a payment, please be sure.
Once the payment is sent, the sale is final. If the puppy comes back, your money still doesn’t. No refunds. No loopholes. No exceptions.
By submitting a deposit or payment to Zealous Blue Shar Pei, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy and the terms of your signed Purchase Agreement. By surrendering or returning your dog to Zealous Blue Shar Pei you acknowledge and agree that there will not be a refund or replacement puppy given unless it qualifies as an approved claim under the terms of the Health Guarantee.
We reserve the right to refuse service or decline a sale to any individual at any time, at our sole discretion, if we believe it is not in the best interest of our puppies.
